The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal has introduced a collection of dining and wellness experiences for August, combining luxury with a slower pace. The offerings include exclusive tasting menus, spa treatments, and themed evenings, all framed by views of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.

Spa and high tea in a private suite

The Ritz-Carlton Spa has launched a summer promotion offering 25% off all treatments lasting 60 minutes or longer. Its menu features personalized massages, body rituals, and the Timeless Capsule, a multi-step wellness program. Guests may also reserve the Lotus High Tea in the private spa suite, where botanical teas, savory bites, and handcrafted pastries are served with freshly baked scones.

The high tea is priced at AED 250 per person and requires advance booking. The spa operates daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and can be reached at +971 2 818 8055 or +971 54 307 1124.

For many, the spa’s appeal lies in the opportunity to pause in a city known for its fast pace. The Lotus High Tea, in particular, transforms an afternoon into a deliberate moment of rest, a contrast to the usual rush of hotel routines.

Asian flavors and premium pairings at Li Jiang

Li Jiang, the hotel’s MICHELIN Guide-recommended restaurant, has unveiled a seven-course tasting menu titled The Art of Asia. Dishes include Otoro Nigiri with Oscetra caviar, Hosomaki Lobster Tail, and Char-Grilled Wagyu Flank Skewers, with choices of Full-Blood Wagyu Striploin or Miso Black Cod. Each course is paired with Barons de Rothschild Brut Réserve, available only at the hotel.

The tasting menu is priced at AED 450 per person and is served nightly from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. The restaurant also hosts themed nights, including Vietnamese Night on Mondays, Unlimited Sushi & Sashimi Night on Tuesdays, and Lobster Night on Fridays. A daily happy hour from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. offers discounted drinks alongside views of the mosque.
